Parking Wars Cheat
Basically, you cant cheat by yourself!
You need to team up with a friend or two. Park illegally on each other spots, but agree not to give each other tickets. Instead, agree when to give each other tickets.
eg. Give 5 tickets as soon as your friend has parked, then you can return the favour.
There are also groups of people making friends requests just so they have more parking spacings.
Badges
You can also obtain the following badges:
flirt batdge; if you receive 25 tickets with this: "<3" in the message. ie. They are sending you love hearts.
Untouchable; complete 25 cashings without getting a ticket to get the bronze. The silver is 100, gold is 500.
Obsession; 25 tickets to giving out to cars of the same color.
Monochrome; Parked the last car on a street filled with cars of the same color.
Rainbow; Parked the last car on a street filled with different colored cars.
Eagleeyes (bronze); 5 tickets of $110 or less given, Silver is 15 tickets, Gold is 50 tickets.
Nightwatch (bronze); 5 tickets given between midnight and 1am, silver is 15 tickets, gold is probably 50 tickets.
Quickdraw, 5 tickets given out in 5mins or less.
The outlaw; 5 tickets of your cars parked illegally on the same street at the time.
Masochism; received 25 max value tickets.
Merciless; $50,000 worth of tickets given out within 24 hours or less.
Vendetta; 100 tickets given to the same person.
The Regular Customer; Completed 20 consecutive max-value cash-ins on same street.
Once you get all the badges you will get the Parking Worrier badge.
